In Partnership: Intercultural Ministries Ireland, Evangelical Alliance & Mission Action

People have been and continue to move around the world like never before in history. This means that ‘the nations’ are ever increasingly all around us. This opens to us unprecedented opportunities for cross-cultural witness and kingdom reflecting intercultural church community.

We would love you to join us for an opportunity to hear from some key thinkers, practitioners and church leaders about what is happening in this space across the UK & Ireland, and how we might each grow in this area in our own churches.

Participants:

Israel Olofinjana leads the Evangelical Alliance’s One People Commission, is an ordained Baptist minister and has led three multi-ethnic churches. Israel is also the founding director of Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World.

Usha Reifsnider is a British Gujarati Christ follower who serves as one of the two Lausanne Europe regional directors. She also serves on the board of European Evangelical Alliance.

Adam Martin is on the leadership of Reach Church in Derby which over the past 12 years has evolved from being 98% middle class English to today being a thoroughly diverse and intercultural worshipping community. Adam is also the national director of Intercultural Churches UK.

Johann Vizagie is the Minister of Every Nation church in Belfast, an intercultural church planted 10 years ago. Before that he was involved in planting a flourishing intercultural church in Dublin.

Carlos Neto is the Pastor of City Church in Belfast. Pastor Neto was called by God from Brazil to Belfast and now leads a growing multi-cultural congregation.

Benji & Dani Oiraliuq moved to Northern Ireland from the Philippines 20 years ago and since have overseen a bible study started in the Ulster Hospital become a lively multi-cultural church which they lead in Newtownards.

Please email Nathaniel Jennings at UK.IMDirector@omfmail.com to confirm your attendance.
